At TinyTabbyThings, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing parts or incomplete

Important Requirement

To claim a replacement, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory) from opening the package
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order details

2. No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.

Only replacements are provided in valid cases.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Product is used or damaged after delivery
  • Request is raised after 7 days
  • Minor color/size variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Change of mind or dislike of product

4. Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged/wrong product → We bear the shipping cost
  • In other approved cases → Customer may need to ship the product back

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
