At TinyTabbyThings, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is missing parts or incomplete
Important Requirement
To claim a replacement, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory) from opening the package
- Clear photos of the issue
- Order details
2. No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds.
Only replacements are provided in valid cases.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Product is used or damaged after delivery
- Request is raised after 7 days
- Minor color/size variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
- Change of mind or dislike of product
4. Replacement Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days
5. Return Shipping
- For damaged/wrong product → We bear the shipping cost
- In other approved cases → Customer may need to ship the product back
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
